About Me

How I Started my Journey

I was born and raised in Kwazulu-Natal. Since an early age, all I wanted to do was be active and play sports, this led me to gymnastics and hockey.

Being a part of a sporting environment in junior and high school lit the fire I have for all things active. As I grew up the training, which was associated with the sports I was doing, opened up a whole new world for me.

I went to Hillcrest junior and high and after my schooling, I attended the University of KwaZulu Natal. Here, I completed my Honours Degree in Biokinetics. It was at university when I started to really get involved in the fitness industry.

I competed internationally on the fitness stage. The sport took me to Spain for the IFBB world champs, I travelled to London for the Olympia and I competed in Ohio for the Arnold Classic. I competed locally and was undefeated in all the competitions I entered in South Africa. As I have grown and evolved so has my approach to training and my lifestyle.

Being the competitive person I am, I was always looking for new ways to push myself. I found Crossfit and competed at the 2014 regionals where I placed 2nd and I was recently awarded my national colours for powerlifting with SA records in the deadlift and total categories.

Sharing my Lessons

I am dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate about health and fitness. I enjoy helping people take positive action in their own lives by sharing my love for living a healthy lifestyle.

I enjoy establishing trusted relationships with clients across all barriers. My outlook is all about sharing the knowledge and wisdom I have gained in my life as an athlete, mom and partner and I use this as a tool in my own quest to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle and to help others achieve their own goals.

My person, Jaimie, loves and supports me in all I do which makes things so much easier, and my life is a balancing act between my family and my passion.

Finding that balance is what makes the difference.
